I'll write about my run later when I get more time, but just FYI, a friend ran this past year's Army Ten-Miler and iPods were prohibited as a security issue. So far, all I've seen for this year is that headsets (no mention of iPods specifically) are "highly discouraged". I'm hoping a lot of people complained about this ban and they changed it for the '07 race; otherwise, that might be a deal-breaker for me!
