I am missing V!!! Hope all's well.....
I did an eight mile run this weekend - on my usual pace - which felt great. I have a 9 mile run this weekend and then I'll start tapering for the 10 mile race on May 6. I am excited about the run. It's the second biggest ten miler outside of the ATM. And, flat. Oh how I love flat... I'm toying with not using the i-pod - to "increase the suck", if I may quote... but, then, I'm not sure. It's going to be hot! It might suck enough....

You know we really should have run when you were here. Can you make me run when we're in NJ this summer....pllleeeaassseeee!??!?!?! If you don't, I'll never do it.
